Delivery Policy

Tradply is a digital product. Nothing is posted, nothing is shipped, and there are no delivery charges.

What you receive

A link that copies the Tradply journal spreadsheet into your own Google Drive, together with access to updates for the length of your access term.

When you receive it

That depends on how you pay, because not every payment method confirms at the same speed.

  • Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link and Klarna — immediately. These confirm in seconds — Stripe shows your link on its confirmation page the moment the payment succeeds, and emails you a receipt.
  • Bank debits (ACH, SEPA) — a few business days. These are collected from your bank account rather than authorised instantly, and they can take several working days to clear. Your link is sent by email the moment the payment confirms, which is usually a few working days later.

If you need the journal today, pay by card or wallet.

How to open your journal

  • Click the link you are given after paying, or the one in your confirmation email.
  • Google Sheets opens the template. Choose File → Make a copy.
  • The copy is saved to your own Google Drive. That copy is yours: rename it, move it, edit it freely.
  • Log your first trade in the input row. The dashboard updates itself.

What you need

  • A free Google account, to open and copy a Google Sheet.
  • A browser, or the Google Sheets app on iOS or Android.
  • No other software, licence, or add-on.

If it does not arrive

First check whether you paid by bank debit — if so, it is probably still clearing, and Stripe emails you when it completes.

Otherwise, check your spam or promotions folder, and confirm the email address on your receipt is spelled correctly. If it still has not arrived, email support@tradply.com with the receipt number Stripe sent you and we will resend it — within 1 business day, Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 UTC.

Where we deliver

Worldwide. Delivery is by link and email, so there are no regional restrictions beyond those Google itself applies to Google Sheets in your country, and the sanctions limits set out in section 14 of our Terms of Service. Which payment methods you are offered does vary by country — Stripe shows the ones available where you are.

Failed or delayed delivery

If we cannot deliver your journal at all, you are entitled to a full refund under our Refund Policy, regardless of how long ago you bought it. If a bank debit fails after you ordered, the order is cancelled and nothing is charged.
