These terms govern your purchase and use of Tradply. By buying a plan or using tradply.com, you agree to them. Please read them before you pay.

1. Who we are

Tradply is operated by flyingeye fr, registered at 4 Rue Du Bout Sirop, Frémainville, 95450, France. Contact: support@tradply.com.

2. What you are buying

Tradply is a trade journal and performance dashboard built as a Google Sheets spreadsheet. When you buy a plan you receive a link that lets you copy that spreadsheet into your own Google Drive, plus access to updates for the length of your access term.

You are buying a fixed access term — one, three, six, twelve or twenty-four months — for a single payment. This is not a subscription. Nothing renews automatically, no further payment is taken, and there is nothing to cancel.

3. Tradply is not financial advice

This is the most important term in this document.

Tradply is a record-keeping and educational tool only. It is not financial, investment, tax, or trading advice, and nothing it displays is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any instrument.

  • We do not provide signals, recommendations, forecasts, or managed accounts.
  • The figures the dashboard shows are calculated from data you enter about trades you have already placed. Their accuracy depends entirely on what you record.
  • Trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. You can lose more than your initial investment in leveraged markets.
  • Past performance — yours or anyone else’s — is not indicative of future results.
  • You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. If you need advice, consult a licensed professional in your jurisdiction.

4. Delivery

Access is delivered digitally and immediately after payment is confirmed. Full details are in our Delivery Policy. You need a free Google account to use the journal.

5. Your licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Tradply for your own trading records for the length of your access term. You may make copies for your own use across your own devices and accounts.

You may not:

  • resell, sublicense, rent, or redistribute Tradply, in whole or in part;
  • publish the spreadsheet or its formulas publicly, or share the access link outside your own household;
  • remove or obscure branding or copyright notices;
  • present Tradply, or anything derived from it, as your own product;
  • use Tradply for anything unlawful, or in a way that harms the service or other customers.

The spreadsheet, its layout, its formulas, and the Tradply name and logo remain our intellectual property. The trading data you enter remains entirely yours.

6. Your account

If you create an account, keep your password confidential and tell us promptly if you believe it has been compromised. You are responsible for activity under your account.

7. Refunds

Our Refund Policy forms part of these terms. In short: a 14-day window, no interrogation, one email to start it.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the site and delivery working continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Tradply depends on Google Sheets, which is operated by Google and outside our control.

We may improve or change the journal during your term. We will not remove a core feature you paid for without offering a comparable replacement or a pro-rata refund.

9. No warranty

Tradply is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and the accuracy of any calculation. We do not warrant that the dashboard is free of errors, and you should verify figures that matter — for tax reporting in particular — against your broker statements.

10. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

Subject to that, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost opportunity, lost data, or any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability arising from your use of Tradply is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using Tradply at any time; the spreadsheet in your Drive remains yours. We may end your licence if you materially breach these terms — in particular by redistributing the product — and will normally give you a chance to put it right first.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of France, and the courts of France have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections of your own country’s law.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published when you paid. Material changes will be notified by email to customers with an active access term.

14. Where we sell, and legal restrictions

Tradply is a digital product delivered by link, so we sell it worldwide. There is no shipping and no regional edition.

Two limits apply, and both may affect you:

  • Google Sheets must be available to you. The journal is a Google Sheets file and needs a Google account. If Google does not operate Sheets in your country, or your employer or government restricts access to it, the product will not work for you. Check before buying — this is outside our control.
  • Sanctions and restricted parties. We do not sell to anyone located in, or ordinarily resident in, a country or territory subject to comprehensive trade sanctions, and we do not sell to any person or entity on an applicable restricted-party list. If we discover after payment that we cannot lawfully supply you, we will cancel the order and refund you in full.

You are responsible for complying with the laws of your own country, including any rules on record-keeping, tax reporting of trading activity, and the import or use of software. Buying Tradply does not make us responsible for your compliance with those.

15. Promotions and discount codes

We may occasionally offer a discount code or a promotional price. Where we do, the conditions are stated wherever the offer is advertised. Unless the offer says otherwise:

  • one code may be used per order;
  • a code applies to the plan price at the moment of purchase, and cannot be applied to an order already placed;
  • codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit;
  • we may withdraw or change an offer at any time before you complete a purchase, but never after you have paid;
  • a refund of a discounted purchase returns the amount you actually paid, not the full list price.

16. Prices and tax

Prices shown on this website are in US dollars and exclude VAT and sales tax.

Payment is taken through Stripe, which determines whether VAT or sales tax applies to your purchase based on where you are, and adds it to the total at checkout. The amount you are charged may therefore be higher than the price listed here. The total is always shown to you before you confirm payment.

  • The tax treatment applied is that of an electronically supplied service.
  • Where a refund is due under our Refund Policy, any tax collected is refunded with it.
  • We may change prices at any time. The price that applies to your purchase is the one shown at the moment you pay.
